Hon. Afam Mbanefo, the Anambra State Commissioner for Agriculture is an epitome of greatness and innovation, a beacon of hope and light and truth. One filled with genuine care and love for his people that has led him to innovations centring on Agriculture.
It is no surprise, that the efforts of his first 4years in office sounded like a canon beyond the walls of Anambra state that it won him accolades within and outside Anambra, so much so that he has been recalled by the His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano the Executive Governor of Anambra State to continue his great works and would be sworn in today.
